Merlin Cycles GmbH is a leading company in the bicycle distribution sector, specializing in high-quality bicycles and accessories. From our location in Kronberg im Taunus, we serve a wide range of customers in the EU and Switzerland – from recreational cyclists to professional racing cyclists.
Our product range includes bicycles (mountain bikes, road bikes, e-bikes and more), accessories (helmets, clothing, tools, spare parts) as well as repair and maintenance services. We place great emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction, work closely with renowned manufacturers and are committed to sustainability in the bicycle industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Marketing & Executive Assistant (m/f/x) – with a focus on marketing and supporting tasks for management.
Your tasks

- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Maintenance and management of our social media channels
- Content creation for newsletters, website and social media
- Support in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Analysis of campaigns and creation of simple reports
- Maintaining product data and promotions in the online shop
Executive assistance & organization
- Supporting the management in day-to-day business
- Coordination of appointments and internal processes
- Communication with service providers, partners and customers
- Preparation of presentations and documents
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- Initial experience in marketing, e-commerce or assistance
- A keen sense for trends – both online and offline
- Independent, structured work style
- Safe handling of digital tools and MS Office
- Creativity and a good feel for language
- Organizational talent and reliability
- Excellent German skills, good English skills (spoken and written)
