Bike computer for advanced users

Whether for vacation, work, or school: The BC 8.0 WR is the premium entry-level model in the world of SIGMA ORIGINALS cycling computers. A compact and durable companion with eight of the most important features. The wired BC 8.0 WR provides information on current speed, average speed, and total ride time. Large buttons allow you to easily switch between time, ride time, total mileage, and trip mileage.

The essential functions at a glance

Whether cyclists are going on a bike tour with the family at the weekend or commuting to work by bike: The BC 8.0 WR has eight functions ready: daily mileage, speed, total mileage, riding time, time of day, total riding time, average speed and average speed comparison.

Continuous speed comparison

A special feature of the BC 8.0 WR is the continuous comparison between current and average speed. This is represented by an arrowhead: an upward arrow means the cyclist is traveling faster than average, while a downward arrow indicates slower than usual. Once the average speed is reached, the indicator disappears.

Stable data transmission

The direct cable connection between the speedometer and the transmitter ensures reliable speed measurement and eliminates the need for a battery for wireless transmission. The wired reed sensor, with its slim, compact design, is easy to mount on the bicycle.

Easy-to-read display

With its 31 x 39 mm display, the BC 8.0 WR is the perfect size to give cyclists a clear overview of their data. The large digits are easy to read even while riding. This bike computer is a real eye-catcher, whether on a trekking bike, a city bike, or even a child's bike.

Weatherproof with long battery life

The BC 8.0 WR is waterproof and weatherproof, making it ready for use at any time. Cyclists also don't need to worry about the battery life of this wired speedometer. The integrated, replaceable button cell battery (CR 2032) is sufficient to power the BC 8.0 WR for well over two years.

Multi-day tours

The BC 8.0 WR measures travel time and distance even on longer bike tours. This makes it easy to track the entire distance of a multi-day cycling holiday.

Easy assembly and operation

The handlebar mount for the BC 8.0 WR is attached to the bicycle using the included cable ties. Setting up and operating the BC 8.0 WR is incredibly easy – a single button is all it takes. Navigating through the functions is always effortless.

language talent

The BC 8.0 WR is a small language genius. The full-text display allows you to choose between seven languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish.

Tire size individually adjustable

Thanks to the predefined tire sizes, setting up the BC 8.0 WR is effortless – from small children's bikes to 29" bikes. It's also possible to enter the tire circumference with millimeter precision.
