Your all-round inner tube for 28-inch bikes
The AV17 is the classic Schwalbe inner tube for 28-inch wheels. Whether for your daily commute, an after-work ride, or a multi-day tour, this high-quality butyl tube maintains air pressure for a long time and won't let you down. Thanks to the 40 mm Schrader valve, you can easily inflate the tire at any gas station or with standard floor pumps. Precision manufacturing ensures consistent wall thickness and smooth running, which not only rolls more efficiently but also makes riding more enjoyable.
Wide range of applications. One size fits many tires.
With an ETRTO range of 28.47 622.635, this inner tube covers a wide variety of common 28-inch and 700C tire widths, from narrower touring tires to comfortable trekking tires. This makes it ideal if you ride multiple bikes or simply want a universal spare tube to carry. This way, you can enjoy relaxed rides, even on longer journeys, knowing that a suitable replacement is always readily available.
Robust. Lightweight. And proven thousands of times over.
Weighing in at around 150g, the AV17 strikes a great balance between puncture resistance and weight. This makes it a solid choice for sporty riders, ideal for fast training rides and dynamic everyday commutes. The proven Schwalbe quality, with its rigorous final inspection, ensures that the tube remains reliably airtight and will serve you faithfully for a long time.
